What we build Module

Accounting & Verifactu

Your books straight from your operation, ready for Verifactu, with your gestoría still in the loop.

The problem

Entering receipts by hand, confusion between the operation and the books, uncertainty about Verifactu, and endless back-and-forth with the gestoría.

What's inside

Everything in one module.

Verifactu, built in (in the Basis)

  • Certified invoicing: hash chain, QR, an FNMT certificate and a ten-year audit archive
  • Compliant for 1 January 2027 (companies) and 1 July 2027 (self-employed)
  • A clean monthly export your gestoría can work with today

Full bookkeeping (from 2027)

  • The ten Spanish modelos prepared from your booked transactions (303, 390, 111, 190, 115, 180, 347, 200, 202, 349)
  • Cuentas Anuales as XBRL and the Libros as PDF
  • Cost accounts linked to purchasing, sales and payroll
  • A real-time result view: revenue minus food cost minus labour

The full bookkeeping module goes live in 2027, alongside the Verifactu obligation. The Verifactu invoicing itself is already part of the Basis.

Why this is different

What sets it apart.

Verifactu-native and deep: the hash chain and FNMT certificate are built in, not via an adapter.

The figures come straight from your operation: revenue, food cost and labour flow into the books with no double entry.

Your gestoría stays in the loop: we deliver clean data, we do not replace your adviser.

One module of many. One platform.

Madbri brings this together with the rest of the restaurant, in one login.

Thank you. You're on the early access list.
