What is Madbri

One platform for the whole restaurant.

Madbri is not a set of separate tools glued together. It is one platform where everything that happens in a restaurant comes together in one place. We build it alongside owners who run the business every day, so a cook can cook, a waiter can serve and an owner can run the business. You do not switch everything on at once: you grow into it block by block, in an order that keeps the daily service calm.

Packages

Start small, grow when you are ready.

The Basis is always included; switch modules on as you go. Pick a recommended path or compose your own. Pricing follows at launch.

Compliance & team

Start

Basis · HR

Tick off Verifactu and take staff administration off your plate, without touching your evening service. The low-threshold way in.

Your back office

Gestión

Basis · HR · Stock

Control staff and purchasing costs without migrating your till or bookings. No cutover. Accounting joins once it is live in 2027.

One system, one supplier

Compleet

Basis · all six modules

Say goodbye to four or five separate tools, with one view of the whole business and one point of contact.

Not sure? Start with the Basis and the modules that solve your biggest pain, then scale at your own pace.

How Madbri helps

Problems you will recognise.

Real situations from the floor and the back office, and how Madbri solves them.

Compliance

The deadline you cannot ignore

An owner hears from his gestoría that Verifactu must be in place before 1 January 2027. His ten-year-old till is not ready. One supplier promises a "connector", another charges extra, and the forums contradict each other on what the tax office will actually check. He just wants to run his restaurant, not become a tax expert.

How Madbri solves it

Madbri is Verifactu-native, not Verifactu-compatible. The hash chain, an FNMT certificate, a retry queue and a ten-year audit archive are built in, not bolted on. One decision and you are ready for the deadline, while your gestoría receives clean data instead of a shoebox of receipts.

Team

The weekly roster that pleases no one

Wednesday night, the place is closed. The manager builds next week's roster in Excel, counting hours by hand, trying to remember who is owed rest under the Convenio, and what it all costs only becomes clear once payroll arrives. Meanwhile staff text to ask if they can still swap, because the roster went up too late.

How Madbri solves it

A drag-and-drop weekly roster with the Convenio built in, so maximum hours, rest periods and holidays are watched automatically, and a live cost forecast as you drag. It is on everyone's phone at once. A swap or a no-show goes to the internal shift marketplace, and the team knows immediately. The owner sees the cost before the shift, not after.

Margin

The stock that quietly costs money

Friday, mid-service. The cook shouts that the squid is gone, while two tubs of cream out back have just passed their date and nobody saw them. Yesterday's order to the supplier went out too late, so tomorrow something is missing again. At month-end the margin is off, and no one can point to where the money went.

How Madbri solves it

Recipes are linked to ingredients, so stock deducts itself with every sale. Batch tracking with QR and FEFO shows what to use first, and an expiry overview warns before anything is thrown away. A safety-stock model prepares a draft order for the right supplier, sent through the channel they already use. The margin becomes visible instead of a surprise.

Service

The rush where everything goes wrong at once

Saturday night, full house. A waiter takes an order with two changes, gets stopped at the bar, and by the kitchen the ticket no longer matches. Table six has waited twenty minutes. Table ten wants to split the bill, and the card terminal is on the other side of the room.

How Madbri solves it

The order goes from table to kitchen to till in one gesture, with station routing so every ticket lands in the right place and the right language. A live floor plan keeps the overview, and you settle at the table via MONEI, Bizum or cash. Service stays smooth, exactly when it is busy.

Overview

Four systems that don't talk to each other

The owner pays every month for a till, a separate booking system, an HR tool and an accounting package. They stand apart. A new hire is entered in three places, a revenue figure has to be pieced together from two screens, and a single view of the business lives nowhere. Every problem means calling a different helpdesk.

How Madbri solves it

One integrated platform with one login, where compliance, staff and daily service talk to each other. You switch modules on and off when you are ready, keep one view of the whole business, and have one point of contact instead of four. Less software, more restaurant.

Why Madbri

Built for the Spanish restaurant, in depth.

HR with the Convenio built in

Spanish contracts, social-security bonificaciones, a tips pool, evaluations and a shift marketplace in one stack.

Verifactu-native, not compatible

A hash chain with an FNMT certificate, a retry queue and a ten-year audit archive. Built in, not bolted on.

Everything under your own brand

QR menu, bookings, online ordering and receipts in your own name and colours. Madbri runs in the background, your guests see you.

Your own booking & ordering

Reservations and online orders on your own website. No redirect, no commission, the data stays yours.

One integrated stack

Compliance, HR and daily service that actually talk to each other, made for the Spanish reality.

Built with real restaurants

We build alongside restaurant owners who run the floor every day, not from an office full of assumptions.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

When does Madbri launch?

We are launching in September 2026, after testing every module in real restaurants. Join the early access list to be first in line.

Will Madbri be ready for Verifactu?

Yes. Madbri is Verifactu-native: the hash chain, an FNMT certificate and a ten-year audit archive are built in, ready for the 1 January 2027 obligation (1 July 2027 for the self-employed).

Do I have to switch everything at once?

No. You grow into Madbri block by block. Start with the Basis and one module, and switch on the rest when you are ready, without disrupting your service.

What will it cost?

Pricing is announced at launch. Early access members hear it first. The model is modular: a mandatory Basis plus the modules you choose.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your data, your guests, your brand. We support, we do not claim.

Which languages will Madbri support?

Madbri is built for the Spanish market. The platform and website will be available in Spanish, with English and Dutch alongside.
