Draft for review. This is a working template and must be checked by a lawyer and completed with Madbri Tech SL's official details before launch.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device that let a website remember your actions and preferences. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in the same way.
Measuring without cookies
We count every page visit in a fully anonymous, cookieless way: no cookie is set, no identifier is assigned, and no information is read from or stored on your device. The server counts the visit through a non-reversible daily code and does not store your IP address. Because no personal data is processed and your device is not accessed, we do not need your consent for this. We keep only the total and the origin (country and region, derived using IP geolocation by DB-IP, https://db-ip.com).
Cookies we use
Necessary: a small record of your cookie choice so we do not ask again. These are always active. Analytics (optional): only if you accept them, we set a first-party cookie (madbri_vid, a random identifier kept for up to 2 years on this domain). It lets us tell new visitors from returning ones and group visits across several days; the anonymous count described above works without this cookie too. We store country/region, not your IP address (region is derived using IP geolocation by DB-IP, https://db-ip.com). We do not load any analytics or marketing cookies until you give consent.
Managing your choices
You set your preferences in the cookie banner when you first visit, and you can change them at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The latest version is always available here.
